Our Services
General Home Inspection
An objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a house, from the roof to the foundation. The report will cover the condition of the home's heating system; central air conditioning system (temperature permitting); interior plumbing system; electrical system; the roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; and the foundation, basement and structural components.
Price varies depending on square footage and age of the home (houses over 50 years old require longer inspections due to older systems and more difficult accessibility).
Pre-Listing Home Inspection
Thinking of selling? It may be in your best interests to have a Pre-Listing Inspection conducted on your home. Just like the General Home Inspection, the Pre-Listing Inspection checks all the major systems and the structure from the roof to the foundation.

The main reason to get one is to avoid surprises during the transaction. Regardless of how long you’ve lived in your home or how old it is, there could be unknown issues lurking under the surface that could derail a sale.

The Pre-Listing Inspection essentially gives you an early heads-up as to what the buyer will likely discover during their inspection. With this information, you'll have more time to decide what to correct and/or what concessions to consider during negotiations.
Radon Test
The bad news .... Radon is a naturally-occurring radioactive gas that can cause lung cancer. Radon gas is inert, colorless and odorless. The good news .... testing is easy and once radon reduction measures are in place, home buyers need not worry about the quality of the air in the home.
Well Flow Test
The Well Flow test process enables us to determine the rate at which the well can supply a steady flow of water. It simulates normal water usage for the home to see if the well has the ability to recover and continue to meet the demands of the home.
Water Quality Test
Samples are taken from a sanitized faucet and sent directly to our lab. The water is tested for lead, nitrates and for the presence of bacteria (E. Coli, coliform). Results typically take 5-7 days. Expedited service is available if requested.
Septic Dye Test
A septic dye test is done by adding dye to the septic system, flushing water into the system, then waiting to see if the dye appears anywhere above ground.
